On Friday, amongst all the pre-weekend revelry, some of us were hard at work in the studio taking a few snaps of something we are all getting rather excited about – our very own tailoring range.

That’s right, soon you’ll be able to saunter into the office decked out in some suitably slick ASOS tailoring and put your workmates in the shade. The range is currently locked in a vault, surrounded by Dolph Lungren-look-a-like security guards with more finger print and iris recognition gadgets protecting it than Minority Report and James Bond put together.

But, our mole crept in Solid Snake style amongst the assembled stylists, art directors, photographers, hair stylists and models to get you a sneak peak behind the scenes at the shoot. And we were dead impressed with what we saw.

First up, as one would expect from a tailoring collection, we saw some great one and two buttoned modern suits. This was followed with crisp shirting and slim-ish ties, some knitted – all in various shades of grey, black and white. As a collection, you’ll be able to mix and match with ease meaning your look needn’t be the same every day of the working week.

We think you’ll be suitably impressed with the collection when it launches in November. We expect to see you there at the front of the virtual queue.
